4. Client Deliverables

  • All custom code and frameworks developed for clients become the client's property upon full payment
  • We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, source code, business processes, and proprietary data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Payment Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
